This is a 2024 Peterbilt PB520 A-1 dual drive refuse truck chassis. This truck is powered by a Paccar 10.8L MX11 diesel engine and a 6 speed Allison Gen 6 rugged duty 4500 RDS-P automatic transmission. This truck is equipped with an 1810 HD driveline and a 1710 driveline inter axle. The truck has a 26″ aluminum 80 gallon fuel tank (LH), Paccar 160 amp alternator, immersion type block heater 110-220V, an oil pan heater 120v-300W, and a Kissling battery disconnect SW 300 AMP. The truck has a 53″ LCF Probilt dual seated cab with the thermal insulation package. This truck also comes with a cab tilt pump air assist, a front cab guard, 2 defroster fans on the rear header, Concertclass AM/FM, WB,3.5 AUX midlevel speaker package for cab, Bluetooth, Air ride and high back driver’s seat and passenger seat. The truck has 16″ LH and RH drive stations and a Sheppard M100 power steering dual gear box, Bendix smart ATC traction control, a Diff FEPTO Prov 9″ bumper extension. The frame is 10-3/4″ tall and 3/8″ thick with a full steel inner liner. This truck has the Paccar FX-20 20,000 lb front steer axle with a 4″ drop, Tapered leaf springs, 20,000 lb shocks, Dana Spicer D46-172 46,000 lb rear axles with diff locks on both axles, and a separate dash control traction lock. The rear suspension is a Hendrickson HMX EX 460 46,000 lb 54″ haulmaxx with a 70k creep rating. The truck has 20PLY 385/65R22.5 front tires and 16PLY 11R22.5 Armor Max Pro rear tires wrapped on Alcoa 823628 22.5X12.25 high polished aluminum rims with a 2.75″ inset, Bendix air cam front drum brakes 16.5×7 and Bendix air cam rear drum brakes 16.5×8.6.
