Product quality and reliability, concern for the customer's satisfaction and a reliable and efficient customer service both within and after the expiration of the warranty period, these are the basic values of the RASCO Company. Products of the RASCO Company can be seen at road maintenance in Croatia and in almost all European countries, which is proof of quality and reliability, as well as customer satisfaction. In 2001, the ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced and implemented in the company. At the end of 2003, the system was revised to comply with the ISO 9001:2000 norm. Materials of the highest quality are used in the production of machines and attachments and all rules and regulations concerning safety are obeyed. As a result of this, all our products carry the CE sign. We dedicate special attention to keeping our customers informed through specialized education and product exhibitions. Each year, in September, the company organizes a promotional event named "Days of Open Doors", where through socializing and product presentations customers and potential buyers are informed of our latest achievements in the production of municipal equipment.
