It is a single-grade unit that efficiently washes fine/coarse sand, removes unwanted clays, converts crusher dust into saleable sand, and recovers tailings. The SP70 integrates Weir Minerals' industry-leading technologies into one plug-and-play unit: Warman® Pump: WGR® series slurry pump to move the material. Cavex® Hydrocyclone: For classification efficiency, ensuring more saleable product recovery. Enduron® Dewatering Screen: Effectively separates and dewaters the final sand product. Linatex® Rubber Linings: Provides unmatched resistance to wet abrasion in wear zones.
